CHICKEN MUSHROOM PUFF PASTRY

Hari ni rasa nak share resepi. Dah lama peram puff pastry tu, berapa kali beli ayam, tapi ayam jadi lauk, puff nye tak jadi-jadi jugak. hehehe. So here goes;

Chicken Mushroom Puff Pastry

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam – semangkuk kecil
Lobak merah – sebatang
Bawang besar – sebiji
Bawang putih – seulas
Potato – sebiji
Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup, atau chicken soup – satu tin kecil
Frozen puff pastry – brand kawanku – 2 -3 bungkus (20 – 30 keping)

Cara-cara

Defrost puff pastry as per instruction

Cincang semua potato, carrot, bawang besar, bawang putih dan ayam
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, masukkan ayam, potato dan carrot. masak sampai lembut/ empuk. Masukkan mushroom soup, letak black pepper sket. garam tak payah letak, sebab soup dah cukup masin.

Masukkan inti dalam puff pastry, sapu eggwash/ melted butter. bake dalam oven 180C dalam 15-20 mins. Dah siap 🙂
