KALORI OH KALORI

Salam hari Selasa.

Pagi ni saya makan 3 ketul karipap sardin.

Tahukah anda, seketul karipap mempunyai 130kalori?

Kalori sepinggan nasi lemak dengan sambal pula adalah lebih rendah (400kalori) daripada nasi goreng beserta telur (635 kalori).

Kalori ayam tandoori (220kalori) pula lebih rendah daripada kalori ayam goreng (235 kal).

Untuk mengira sendiri kandungan kalori;

1g karbohidrat = 4 kalori
1 g protein = 4 kalori
1 g lemak = 9 kalori.

Contohnya;
satu hidangan sos mengandungi
53g karbohidrat = 53 x 4
1 g protein = 1 x 4
1 g lemak = 1x 9
16 g gula (karbohidrat) = 16 x 4
===> 174 kalori!!

Secara purata, seorang wanita memerlukan 1800-2300 kalori sehari (bergantung kepada aktiviti), manakala lelaki memerlukan 2000-2500 kal sehari bergantung kepada aktiviti harian mereka.

UNTUK SETIAP 8000kalori BERLEBIHAN AKAN MENAIKKAN 1kg BERAT BADAN!

Dan secara purata, rakyat Malaysia makan 500-1000 kalori berlebihan setiap hari!!!
