Bila nak makan supplement ni?

Kalau tanya saya, saya takde waktu spesifik untuk ambil vitamin. Ikut jadual individu itu sendiri.
Tak dinafikan, memang penyerapan vitamin berbeza sedikit jika diambil sebelum/selepas makan, awal pagi, perut kosong dan sebagainya. TETAPI, manusia mudah lupa.
Jadi, kalau pesan lepas makan, nanti tunggu lepas sarapan. Dah sudah sarapan, lupa, tunggu lunch pulak, lupa lagi, tunggu dinner. Sudahnya 3 hari kemudian baru ingat nak makan.

Jadi, DO NOT RESTRICT yourself! Bila ingat tu makanlah.
Lebih baik daripada ambil vitamin 3 hari atau seminggu sekali.

Kuncinya: konsisten!
